INGREDIENTS

1 cup coconut cream

40 drops or 2 squirts of vanilla creme stevia

1 T ground chia seed

½ cup blackberries

Soften coconut cream by placing the jar in a pan of water and heating slowly. Add all ingredients into food processor and blend till smooth.

Shape into balls or put into silicone mold and put in freezer until hardened. Keep in fridge or freezer.
