Gluten Free Dairy Free Keto Low Carb Whole 30 Grain Free
Aaaah, chocolate, chocolate chips, and walnuts. Antioxidants, Omega 3's, and hormone balancing. Sheer joy.

Makes 22 1 inch bites
½ cup coconut oil
2 T almond butter (optional)
1 T palm oil, responsibly sourced
3 - 4 T cacao depending on preference
1/8 tsp cinnamon
2 T ground chia seed
1/4 cup monk fruit
¼ tsp vanilla
½ tsp chaga mushroom powder
pinch of pink salt
⅓ cup walnuts
Add all ingredients to food processor except walnuts and chocolate chips.
Blend till fully integrated.
Add walnuts and pulse a few times, then add chocolate chips. Pulse just till mixed in.
Pour into silicone molds.
OR if you prefer to have your chocolate chips evenly distributed, do not add to food processor. After adding walnuts and pulsing to desired size in mixture, pour into silicone molds. Then add 2 or 3 chocolate chips to each.
Freeze 30 minutes or till hardened. Can be eaten straight from freezer.
