Cheesy Kale Chips

Gluten Free Dairy Free Sugar Free Vegan Paleo Whole 30 Keto Low Carb

Hands down the single most delicious way to eat kale. Kid tested, mom approved. Never thought you would eat kale? Well these kale chips just might change your mind!

Suddenly large bunches of kale will cause your eyes to light up in anticipation. Mmmhmm, trust me on this one If you are not a lover of cheese, consider eating with just salt, or sprinkling on some taco seasoning, or even a dried ranch mix. Be adventurous!

Kale Chips

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 12 minutes

Ingredients:

Large bunch of organic kale, rinsed and excess water removed

2 tablespoons of oil (coconut olive, avocado, tea seed, whatever ya got)

Salt, to taste

1/4 cup Nutritional yeast powder

Directions:

Remove leaves from stems, tear into pieces. In a bowl, add oil and massage gently to fully coat. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Toss to coat. Spread out on pan, sprinkle generously with nutritional yeast. (Now is not the time for stinginess. Put that powder on there like you love you some cheese! And no one will judge you if you sprinkle a little a more on after they are cooked)

Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!

If you are just being introduced to nutritonal yeast, then today is your lucky day. This yellow powder looks, AND tastes, just like a powdered cheese. Plus, it is rich in B vitamins. So basically it's a serious upgrade in teh cheesy department. Like to pop popcorn? Douse it with melted coconut oil and nutritional yeast. Game changer.

Yum! I can't wait to try this. I have nutritional yeast on hand and am always looking for new ways to use it.
