Coffee Caramel Fat Bomb

Coffee lovers rejoice! These fat bombs are a delish treat, and they disappear way too fast around here, typically the same day they are made!

Like all of my fat bombs, (which are a big part of the keto diet) it takes mere minutes to make them.

For those whose genetic makeup allows them to process caffeine quickly, well..."we get all of the benefits and none of the downfalls." 😎 If you are not genetically inclined to easily process caffeine, then you get all of the downfalls and none of the benefits. 😟

Coffee Caramel Fat Bombs

Prep Time 10 minutes

Makes 15


INGREDIENTS

1 cup cashews or here 1/4 cup golden monk fruit or here

1/4 cup coconut oil or here

1/4 cup strong coffee

Scoop of coffee collagen 1/2 tsp cacao powder or here

1/2 tsp espresso

1/2 tsp reishi

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/8 tsp ceylon cinnamon or here pinch of pink salt or here


Place all ingredients into food processor and process till smooth. Stop occasionally to scrape down sides.

Put in silicone molds or ice cube tray and freeze till solid. Keep in freezer.
