Service Description
Sourdough is rising in popularity and for good reason, it is both delicious and fairly easy to work with. In this class you will learn the basics of how to care for your sourdough starter, make a loaf of bread, and how to utilize the discard to make other sourdough foods. You will receive a sourdough starter, recipe with instructions, and a freshly made loaf to take home with you. *Limit 4 people per instruction session
